I have been working as a Project Manager and Account Director in the digital industry for over 10 years. I have managed a wide range of projects and clients, including companies from the beauty, pharma, pet food, food, e-commerce, and retail sectors. My core competencies lie in client leadership and digital project consulting on both national and international levels. With my extensive experience in planning and managing complex digital projects, I work with interdisciplinary teams to implement various types of projects. These can include website relaunches, rollouts, ongoing website maintenance, social media management, SEO strategy projects and SEO content production, including text and photo production, website optimizations, or digital advertising campaigns. My main responsibilities include team planning and management, detailed project planning and execution, as well as project controlling with regard to time, budget, scope, and quality within the defined KPIs. At the same time, I am always open to new topics and challenges.

PROJECT FOCUS

  • Website projects

    From the client inquiry to the go-live, I support various website projects in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. This includes website launches, relaunches (national & international), optimizations with a focus on UX/UI, as well as ongoing website maintenance.

  • Campaigns

    I accompany digital advertising campaigns from the initial idea to final execution. Together with agencies from various disciplines, I realize projects like campaign landing pages, contests, and social media actions – always with the goal of creating a cohesive overall experience.

  • SEO Content

    I support SEO content strategy projects from the development of the strategy to the implementation of the final SEO texts. This also includes the continuous analysis and optimization of existing content – always in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

  • CRM projects

    From the implementation of CRM programs to the development and execution of newsletter marketing strategies, I successfully execute a variety of customer retention measures in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

    What defines me

    I love working in a team, successfully executing projects together, and providing advisory support to my clients. I organize, structure, estimate, and always try to find a solution for everything.

WORK TOOLS

When it comes to tools, I prefer the 'learning by doing' approach. Alongside my trusted standard toolkit for planning, estimating, organizing, and structuring projects, I always look forward to discovering and trying out new tools. Here is an overview of the tools I’ve enjoyed working with so far.

  • I plan and organize using the classic tools of the Office and iWork suites, as well as Atlassian tools like Confluence as a wiki system and Jira as a ticketing system. Additionally, I have worked with traditional project management tools like Asana, Trello, and Float for resource planning.

  • For initial cost estimates, I like to use Excel. For quotes, proposals, and final invoicing, I have worked with the agency software QuoJob in recent years. I quickly familiarize myself with new (agency) software as needed.

  • For communication with clients and team members, I use traditional methods like phone, email, and Slack. I enjoy conducting workshops – whether analog or digital – using Miro as a collaborative tool.

  • Aligning designs and prototypes is a central part of my work in digital projects. I use tools like InVision, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud for this.
